The county issues a separate permit for each building, so a boat garage and a storage building on one lot are two applications. The site plan is for you or your contractor to prepare.

Yes, in the unincorporated county a lawn storage shed needs a building permit at any size, prefabricated or built on site. The county’s shed guidelines also keep it at least 5 feet from every property line and out of the front yard. Inside Pensacola city limits, ask the City.
