The 120-foot depth provides sufficient floor area to position the fellowship hall and kitchen directly adjacent to the sanctuary, allowing post-service gatherings without requiring attendees to exit the building or navigate between structures in adverse weather.

The 24-foot eave height is the threshold at which a worship space transitions from a functional sanctuary to an architecturally distinct church environment. It supports balcony construction over the rear seating section – adding 20 to 25 percent additional seating capacity without expanding the building footprint – and provides the vertical clearance for large-format LED projection walls, line-array speaker systems, and theatrical lighting rigs used in contemporary worship production.

The pre-engineered steel frame meets regional wind, snow, and seismic load requirements with no interior columns across the sanctuary or fellowship zones.
