The 60-foot depth accommodates most single-engine piston aircraft lengths with room for a work zone or tool storage behind the tail section.

The 14-foot eave height expands door options compared to standard 12-foot structures. A bifold door opening of 12 feet in height clears high-wing aircraft tail configurations including the Cessna 182 and Piper Archer without modification, and provides adequate vertical clearance for taller experimental builds.

Structurally, the building uses a rigid steel frame with no interior columns, allowing full floor use for aircraft positioning, maintenance, and ground support equipment storage. The pre-engineered framing is engineered to regional wind and snow load requirements and is compatible with standard concrete slab foundations. Personnel doors, windows, insulation packages, and electrical rough-in provisions are available to configure the space for year-round dual-aircraft operations.
