The 12-foot eave height provides adequate vertical clearance for tail sections and allows installation of a standard roll-up or bifold door up to 10 feet in height, ensuring safe aircraft ingress and egress without door clearance compromises.

The clear-span steel frame eliminates interior support columns entirely, giving pilots full lateral freedom inside the structure. This matters during pushback, ground handling, and when adding workbench space or tool storage along the perimeter walls – all without sacrificing maneuvering room around the aircraft.

The building shell is pre-engineered for straightforward on-site assembly and is compatible with concrete slab foundations standard to private airstrip construction. Framing is galvanized and rated for regional wind and snow loads. Insulation packages, personnel doors, windows, and electrical rough-in provisions are available as add-ons to support year-round aircraft storage and light maintenance operations.
