At 15 square feet per seat – the standard planning metric for congregations under 100 – the sanctuary zone within this footprint comfortably serves 80 to 100 attendees, with the remaining floor area allocated to lobby, restroom, and nursery functions along the rear of the building.

The 20-foot eave height is the practical minimum for a worship environment that reads as a sanctuary rather than a multipurpose room. It provides vertical clearance for a raised chancel platform, front projection screens sized to the rear row viewing distance, and acoustic treatment installations on the ceiling plane without compressing the perceived interior volume.

The pre-engineered steel frame uses a clear-span rigid frame system with no interior columns, preserving full flexibility for future interior reconfiguration as congregational needs evolve. Framing is engineered to regional wind and snow load requirements.
